I am looking for SINGLE professionals to rent rooms in a beautiful villa. NO FAMILY. NO PETS. Sorry. The rent that you would pay is 150 OMR (non negotiable). It is for one en suite bedroom. ROOM 2 AVAILABLE: 8mx4m, with attached bathroom; ROOM 1 AVAILABLE: 7mx3.50m with attached shower room) and one lounge on the middle floor (I stay on the top floor); plus access to the lounge, dining room, kitchen on the ground floor; garden; and top floor terrace. ROOM 1 - TAKEN (purple room, spacious 7.5mx5.5m, with own fridge and cooking appliances, sofa, with ensuite bathroom, mosque side, no sea view. The rent includes fibre Wi-Fi, electricity, gas and water. The house is 100m from the beach and the rooms have sea view. Short term considered. One month deposit. Please note that this is an inclusive house, that values diversity of religions, ethnicities and nationalities.
