• Implement all food quality standards and ensure that the team follows it
• Creating training programs for the new employees and refreshment training for the rest of the team.
• Daily check up on the smooth performance of all restaurant machinery and equipment.
• Inventory management, cost control and maximization of the store sales and profit.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Monitor financial performance through budget management and regular reporting.
