Job Title: Referral Assistant (Commission-Based)
Job Summary: A Referral Assistant is responsible for independently managing and coordinating their own referral process within an organization. This role involves working closely with employees and prospective members to ensure that referrals are handled efficiently and effectively. The Referral Assistant will earn commissions based on successful membership sales from their referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Referrals: Receive, log, and track personal referrals to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
Promote Referral Program: Encourage employees and prospective members to participate in the referral program by highlighting incentives and promoting opportunities.
Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to referrers and candidates regarding the status of their referrals.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and prospective members to foster a robust referral network.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in using referral management tools and software.
Compensation:
