About Us: We are a reputable real estate management group dedicated to providing exceptional property management services. We are looking for a skilled and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rent collection, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial records for our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Collect and track rent payments from tenants on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Prepare and distribute invoices, receipts, and payment reminders to tenants. Generate and maintain accurate financial statements, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Maintain detailed records of rent rolls, expenses, and other financial transactions. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for property portfolios. Communicate with tenants, property managers, and vendors to resolve payment-related issues. Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Employment Type Full-time
