Location: AL-Nabhan Integrated Trading, Oman Sohar Falaj,
Responsibilities:
Research, select, and purchase quality products and materials for the company.
Evaluate and compare supplier offers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best value.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and source new vendors.
Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate to meet business needs.
Work closely with the finance and operations teams to align purchasing activities.
Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and regulations.
Generate purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
Good understanding of market dynamics and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
