About Us: Safari Muscat Tourism is a premier Safari & Tourism company based in Muscat, Oman, offering exceptional safari and travel experiences to local and international travelers. We specialize in providing unique tours that showcase the natural beauty and rich culture of Oman. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand and connect with our diverse clientele. Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and customer-oriented Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, and will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement across all marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote safari tours and travel packages in Oman. • Manage digital marketing efforts across social media platforms, website, and email campaigns. • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive effective marketing strategies. • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and improve customer satisfaction. • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility. • Monitor and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimum results. • Build and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in the tourism industry with a focus on marketing, communications, or sales. • Strong customer-oriented mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written communication). • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc. ). • Strong creativity and an ability to think outside the box. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. • Knowledge of the Safari & Tourism industry, especially in Oman, is a plus.
