Job Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys and measurements using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, levels, and GIS technology. Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions of surveyed land. Verify data and calculations for accuracy and completeness. Interpret and analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and land features. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project planning and development. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Mark boundaries and reference points on construction or development sites. Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration. Resolve any discrepancies between survey data and site conditions.
