One of the leading wholesale shop is looking for Accountant+Shop Incharge Job Descriptions: • Handling all sales functions in a manner that is professional enough for the customers coming to shop. • Handling all the Accounts of the Customers & Vendors. • Maintaining proper records for Sales, Receipts and Payments in the Computer Accounting software Tally. • Scrutinizing cash vouchers & purchase invoices, Credit memo’s received from different parties and suppliers. Duties and responsibilities • Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and at the same time provide them with the resolution effectively. • Should ask questions and provide relevant information to the customers that they might need and then list down the orders which the customers might purchase thereby providing them excellent service. • Should mention each and every record in the computer including customer details and customer orders, pricing, quotations and should be able to retrieve it whenever needed. • Need to follow up on the orders which the customer makes and should be upbeat while resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Keep yourself updated with the product inventory and its functionality. • Communicate effectively with the customers regarding any relevant procedures and policies which might be beneficial to them. • Must check the quality and the quality of the product which is brought into the warehouse, need to verify it depending on the order made initially. • Should ensure that they follow each safety rules assigned. • Should be active enough to inform the manager of any potential harmful condition. Skills: 1. Accounting system & Software (Tally) 2. Fluent In Microsoft Excel & Offices (Vlookup, Hlookup and other Formula in Excel should be must) 3. Math Aptitude 4. Strong Account analysis skills 5. Excellent time management skills 6. Cash Handling Expertise Education: 1. B. COM / B. BA. or equivalent qualification with able to speak English, Urdu/ Hindi Language. 2. Arabic Speaking is Additonal. Salary • Basic Salary is about OMR 180-250 per month ( Based on performance and experience) • Accommodation is provided by Company • Transportation provided by the company Duty Timing • SATURDAY-THURSDAY, 8:00 AM –1:30 PM & 4:00 PM –10:00 PM • FRIDAY WEEKLY OFF *** Candidates 2 Months Salary will be on hold and will be paid back on complitation of 2 years agreement. *** Priority will be given to Person available in Oman & Interview will be taken in Ruwi, Muscat, Oman. INTERVIEW WILL BE HELD ON UPCOMING WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY (11-13 DEC) FOR CONFIRMED PEOPLE IN OUR SHOWROOM HAMRIYA, RUWI, MUSCAT, OMAN.
