We are hiring a Rider Coordinator to join our team! If you have strong organizational skills, experience in managing delivery operations, and fluency in Hindi, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily schedules and routes for delivery riders. Monitor and track rider performance to ensure timely deliveries. Address rider issues and provide support for smooth operations. Maintain records of deliveries and rider activities. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Requirements: Fluency in Hindi is a must. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in using basic computer and mobile applications. Must be available in Oman.
