Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and vendors for timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets, controlling costs effectively.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize property issues.
Requirements
Proven experience in property maintenance supervision or related field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
Valid Omani driver's license and must have own car.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
