Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing Manager to lead and manage our equipment rental company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as developing and implementing strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase revenue
fetch new clients and create opportunity for new equipment rental contract with pdo / oxy
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our services to clients
• Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of industry developments
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other
Should at least have;;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manpower industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the equipment rental industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
