Worked as a Electrical Project Engineer, at Manah || 500 MW solar IPP Project. • A joint venture of SEPEC/SEMBCORP. • MV & LV Trench stakeout and excavation as per the drawings. • MV & LV Cable laying and Termination. • Excavation of trenches and HDPE pipe laying for DC cables. • Solar Cable laying and MC4 Termination. • Installation of string combiner boxes. • DC cable testing IR testing, continuity and VOC. • Module interconnections and string connections for PV modules. • FO Cable laying. • MV & LV Cable route markers. • PV Trackers Testing, Troubleshooting & Calibration. • Troubleshooting & Calibration of Trackers by using Arctech software with debugging cable RS 485. • Firmware burn and Parameters updatation of Trackers. • Maked green overall trackers of plant at Scada and rectified all Dc issues and alarms. • ID's assigned of complete PV Trackers at plant. • Visual inspection & inspection by using arctech software of overall Trackers at plant. • Verification of angle thoroughly PV trackers installed at plant included control box and both sides angle check. • Installation of fuse at DC cable & visual inspection of control box and Lora antenna. • Client coordination for the work startup.
