Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Immediate Start Location: Muscat, Oman Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) with a background in 5-star restaurants to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation, presentation, and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to grow their culinary skills in a dynamic and high-end environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook dishes within your designated section according to our quality standards • Ensure that food preparation and presentation is of a high standard • Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency in taste and appearance • Assist in maintaining stock control and food waste management within the kitchen • Collaborate with other team members to support smooth kitchen operations • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety standards Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star restaurant • Immediate availability to join in Muscat, Oman • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Excellent teamwork and communication skills Salary: To be discussed during the interview and food trial.
