We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and securing business opportunities to drive Aiwa Media Group’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their marketing needs and present Aiwa Media Group’s services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and securing new projects.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized proposals for clients.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Must have a valid Omani driving license and be willing to travel within Oman.
Owning a car is an advantage.
